VL Test Systems strengthens relationship with RHCV

VL Test Systems Ltd specialises in the supply of high-quality vehicle safety equipment and has worked with RHCV over the years to install its brake testers and other equipment at the Nottingham and Northampton branches.

The Buckingham-based firm approached RHCV to request a quote 5 new Renault vehicles last year.

The Nottingham dealership assisted VL Test Systems and was able to broker a very competitive offer to meet its fleet requirements.

This meant the firm chose RHCV over an alternative Renault supplier to purchase five Renault Master L2H2 Panel Vans which are now in full operation.

It has also since placed an order for further vehicles of the same specification which will hit the road during the latter part of 2022.

Van Leeuwen Test Systems was originally established in the Netherlands over 60 years ago and expanded into the UK market in 1989 under the VL Test Systems brand.

The firm has a long-standing relationship with Renault as well as other key stakeholders including the Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) and Ministry of Defence (MoD).

Speaking about VL Test Systems’ purchase from RHCV, Carl Conlan, Engineering Manager, said: “We’ve always been impressed with the Renault products, so when the time came to purchase more vehicles, the decision was made to support one of our own loyal customers, RHCV.

“Not only did the firm produce the most competitive deal on the market, but it also provided excellent customer care, responding swiftly to any queries we had. It’s been a win-win outcome all round, and it’s always good to have a reciprocal business relationship with one of our own customers which brings mutual benefits.”
