Manor Farm Feeds, based in Oakham, Rutland, is a manufacturer and supplier of high-quality feeds for all types of farm animals.
It works with leading commercial farmers, animal breeders, pedigree prime stock breeders, smallholding, and equestrian business owners across the UK.
The family-run business recently turned to RHCV for the first time for assistance with its fleet expansion requirements following a decade of steady growth.
Manor Farm Feeds had used alternative vehicles in the past, but this time, favoured the Renault product range due to the high specification.
The company approached the RHCV dealership in Cossington for support and advice, before subsequently placing an order for two new Renault C Range 430bhp 8×4 Tridem vehicles. One was to replace an existing truck, and the other was to boost overall vehicle numbers.
Manor Farm also took advantage of RHCV’s competitive Renault finance option and the full five-year repair and maintenance contract offer.
Managing Director Jonathan Bland commented: “Historically, our fleet comprised Volvo and DAF contract hire vehicles, but with more choice coming into the market, we were open to other brands.
“For us, making the switch to Renault after around 15 years was about the product itself. We liked the look and design of the vehicles and felt what they had to offer met our needs as a business.
“Overall, our drivers are pleased with the new trucks. The team at RHCV has been extremely responsive in meeting our needs.
“This has been especially important to us because we are all about delivering a reliable and personal service to our own customers. This has been at the heart of our business ethos since inception around 35-years ago. It is good to see that these values are also reflected in RHCV’s approach to customer care.”
